  Omg I didn’t Know I can hook my itouch watch to my IOS IPhone!! I used it when I had android but the app wasn’t available for Android til I just connect my watch to my iPhone and it connect without an issue and now I can download the app to my iPhone this is so fricken cool!! I don’t gotta go out and buy them apple watches when I can use my itouch watch thank you so much!!

  This app lacks all that the watch is made for, I can’t make phone calls and it gives me the option on the watch. I can’t access my contacts and in the watch there’s the option for it too. So no this app and the watch are both a waste of money. I tried to give them a chance but no as always they have disappointed me. Please if you read this just save your money before buying from this brand and save for a Fitbit or a Samsung or Apple Watch.

  I bought two watches one for myself iPhone user and for my husband whom has Samsung. My Mom bought 2 as well. The app pairs the problem is it doesn’t let my call see or write txt messages. All it does it count my steps. Sends me notifications then says I can’t read them cause my phone is not paired. When I go to my phone says do you want to unpair the device. Disappointed it doesn’t do what is mentioned on packaging.

  Wow! The level of disappointment is huge with this purchase. And, I only paid $50.00 for this watch (on sale) and it’s still not worth it. No matter how many times I tried pair this horrible phone, it still won’t show me text messages. Well, if nothing else, it taught me not to be cheap. I’m springing for the real McCoy!

  I’ve tried all three of the main line watches, and they are all good for the money. However, this app lacks a sleek and user friendly User Interface. At first I thought it may just be the best the devs could do. I dug around for a few minutes only to find the “Fuse” and “Air Special Edition” versions of the app. The both of which are much nicer. I’m simply left bewildered at why they haven’t condensed their apps into one all encompassing app like Fitbit. The experience with this watch would be 100% better if they simply retrofitted their newest apps to accommodate their older watches.

  For this review I have connected my iTouch SmartWatch Bluetooth to my phone and it says that it is connected. But when I go to the app on my phone, I click on personal profile, and it says that it’s not connected. I get frustrated cause I can’t see my process on sleep or etc. But I can only see how many steps I take. In my opinion to make this a better app for people to use, is that you can make an update for it. Or fix something with the Bluetooth connection cause I rlly want to see my process and be able to call and message people through my watch.

  I got the Air 2 watch for Christmas. It isn’t the highest quality watch but for the price and considering it was a gift I definitely wanted to try it out. So far, the experience hasn’t been too bad. I’m assuming most people either have the first or second gen since those seem to be the most popular watches sold so here’s my take on it.-Watch-Pros:-The overall design is not bad and is reminiscent to an iWatch-The band is comfortable to me and has many adjustment slots-The band is changeable-The loaded OS on the watch is similar to iOS with swipe functionality-All of the app’s work for iOS with a few caveats-Music app works with Pandora, other music streaming appsCons:-Without The instructions, I can see how people get completely lost-The front frame is metal which is nice but the screen is just plastic, no glass or quartz... etc.-The OS while similar to an iWatct is obviously a cheaper looking version-Access to all of the features are moderately difficult to attain for non tech savvy people-The features require a bit more technicality than necessary for tech savvy people-App-Pros:-Simple, but works-Exist which most cheaper smart watches don’t get an app-Lets you edit and view about half of the watch’s featuresCons:-Could obviously have a way better looking interface-Could be more explanatory-Would he best as a bonus, not a necessity for essential watch features Useful information:How to make contacts sync?When connected through Bluetooth you will need to go to your Bluetooth devices, click the watch in the menu (the connection to the actual watch not through the app) and you’ll see an option to sync contacts, right under where it says “Forget this device”How to get messages?The company barely mentions it, but on iOS messages are received only through the notifier app on the watch. It just shows you new messages, once read, the notification disappears The watch actually says this but many people may not understand at first. You can not see all of your messages and scroll through them on iOS, only Android.How to get call logs to show?I’m not sure if syncing contacts is necessary for this but I’d do it first anyways. But I’ve noticed you have to make or receive a call on the watch and the call logs automatically populate. Resetting the watch seems to reset the call logs (and done other functions make you have to re-sync or repeat the process)What about camera?Camera works as long as the camera phone app is open. Think of the feature as no longer needing a timer or selfie stick.What do I need the app for?The app is necessary to use the SmartWatch music app, to sync your weather app to your phone’s location, to use the FindPhone watch app and to set up a fitness profile. Note that the profile and weather set up only really needs to be done once unless you travel a lot you can disable or delete the app. However, you will need the app to be connected to use music and you will actually need it open or running in the background to use the FindPhone feature 24/7. Other features like the pedometer, list maker, sleep, calculator, etc. are standalone and can be viewed/edited by the app or watch only.

  I just purchased my ITouch Curve. The steps do not show and the wether is for Shenzhen. It will not let me change my profile information (gender, weight, etc.). Disappointed!!!

  Even when phone and watch remain within 10 feet of each other, I lose connectivity. I must frequently reconnect, manually.Very frustrating. Gave up wearing watch for 4 months. Now, the App won’t remain on home screen. It appears momentarily, then back to home screen.I like my iPhone 8, but truly miss the Samsung Android and Galaxy watch combo!

  I just purchased my iTouch pulse smart watch and I can not sync my contacts from my iPhone! Why??? I hope I made the right choice for the amount of money paid for this watch.

  The app works good and the watch connects,but the issue I have is that when I click the app it goes back to my home screen. Is there any way you can fix it? I can’t fix the clock on the watch because I can’t open the app.

  I’ve had this watch since about December, and it worked amazingly, a couple of having to restart the watch, and having to manually connect from the app for the music to connect, but besides that it was good. I lost it and didn’t use it since about April, found it and now the app crashes within seconds of opening it. One of the reasons I got it was for the ability to change the songs without having to go to my phone, as someone who works with their hands and runs it can become an annoyance.

• I can't connect my flip phone to my iPod to make calls! 2/5

  It's very sad to see that an iTouch air watch can connect to my iPod touch, and yet I can't make any calls via Bluetooth. I mean an update could help many people who are willing to connect their phones to a watch. The units of measurement of distance and the 'standard time' cannot be changed, which is also another bad thing, and rather that being able to call with my phone via Bluetooth, all I get to do with my flip phone is to give useless commands by using poor voice recognition. At least do this small favor by updating the app so my iPod touch can connect to my phone so I can make calls.

  Received a iTouch SmartWatch as a gift that I use daily, but the most recent update for IOS (loaded 3 days ago) has bricked the app. It was quirky at best before, but after the update it is totally useless. I would give it zero stars but the review won’t allow that low of a rating.
